What you share

The intake collects your business details, project contact information, design preferences, website connection details, and any files you choose to attach. We use this information to personalize and deliver your website and to contact you about your project.

How it reaches us

When you submit, your answers and attachments are sent through FormSubmit to dx3sdigital@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes the submission and may use a spam check. Its documentation states that text submissions are retained for 30 days and uploaded files are not retained in its archive. Attachments sent successfully remain in our email inbox with your submission.

The form does not save a draft in your browser. Keep this page open while completing it, or save a copy of your answers using the button in the final section. Files are included only when you choose them and submit.

What to leave out

Please do not send passwords, payment details, login or recovery codes, or sensitive documents. Account access will be arranged separately through an invitation or guided setup.

To ask about your information or request deletion from our project records, contact dx3sdigital@gmail.com. Domain purchases, additional costs, and the final website launch require separate confirmation.
